Make it a Mystery!

When I was in college, I was asked to host a murder mystery party as an event for a group of friends. I waved my hand casually and said, "Oh, I can write one of those." Secretly, I did not know how in the world I would go about it. Through a lot of tears, trial and error, I hosted my first customized murder mystery party, "What Happened to Roxy Lamour," a mystery set in the 1940's at screen legend, Roxy Lamour's Hollywood home. This began the marriage of myself to mystery that has lasted over 15 years. I have written and hosted parties for churches, company events, birthday parties, youth events and even apartment complexes. I have worked with groups of 8 to groups of 140, carefully crafting events that are tailored to the group, the venue and of course the budget.

My services include:

- Interactive parties of 8 to 22, where everyone is assigned a character.
- Interactive parties of over 22 where people work in teams to solve the mystery and there are different levels of participation.
- I also write custom scripts that can be purchased and used for your group to host their own mystery dinner theater as a fundraiser. (I have a few scripts already written that can be purchased for use).
- Coming soon: I will have "at-home" versions of my mystery games available for you to host your own party at home.

In addition to this, I work with your requirements. I have worked with youth as well as adults and make sure all of my products are appropriate for the audience. Additionally, I have worked with many churches...some of which are okay with a "murder" mystery and some that would prefer a "someone goes missing but is eventually found safe and sound" mystery. I am fine with hosting both and I guarantee that no matter which route or story line you pick...your group will be talking about their party for years to come! Trust me...I run into people I hosted events for years ago and they say they are STILL talking about it!

Please don't be shy, or hesitate to contact me!
Sincerely,
Rachel Turner
